Thank you for registering your school to participate in The National School Photography Awards 2018/19.
We have an impressive panel of judges, including professional photographers from The Times Educational Supplement who will be shortlisting and selecting winners from each category around April 2019.
With some fantastic prizes on offer, including Cameras, Photographic Accessories and Photography days for your school, it is a fantastic opportunity for all students to be involved in.
We’re looking for entrants to submit one image that best reflects this theme.
The National School Photography Awards is a nationwide competition, so don’t forget that we could be receiving thousands of entries! What will make your image stand out among the rest?
You could try an unusual interpretation of the theme or perhaps an interesting composition? Remember, entries close on 1st March 2019! For more information, read our Competition Rules, Frequently Asked Questions or our handy Top Tips.
The photographs submitted to the competition will be judged in three key areas: Impact of the photograph, creativity of the image in meeting the theme and the technical ability of the entrant. Judging consists of two rounds. In round one, our judges will select their ten favourite entries. The entries selected in round one will proceed to round two, where the judges will then collectively select a first-place winner.
How To Enter:
Simply click on the entry button below, fill in the email, upload your image and hit send!
Please note: If an image contains a person, please fill in and attach a consent form which can be downloaded here. This form will need to be completed by a parent or guardian if the person in the photo is under 18 years of age.
Having trouble entering? Just email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, age, the name of your school, title of image, level of entry and of course your photograph.
The National School Photography Awards could not have been launched without the support from key organisations.
